The pool area was well-maintained and the location was stunning and magnificent, just off 7 mile beach, Negril, Jamaica, and other restaurant. Overall it was spotless with large balcony...

Facilities were excellent, but Wi-Fi was bad.

Loved our reasonably large and airy rooms.

Romantic hotel, the stay was really amazing, spectacular location in that enclosed area. The room was large, and we had an amazing view of the ocean. Climate control, a private safe and flat-screen television were perfect. Location: the property was close to the beach, the restaurant, and the cliffs. There was a gourmet restaurant nearby...

The so-called luxury here lacks, with low water pressure and hot water issues-not exactly what you'd expect. I inquired about room upgrades but instead was met with indifference. The overpriced, limited menu at Zest insulted my dining expectations. I almost gave a decent review but just coudln't ignore these glaring letdowns.
